​The Co-Leadership Conversation is a virtual gathering place for anyone curious about leading together. Hosted by Polymathes Consulting, these monthly conversations bring together co-leaders, professionals, researchers, and those exploring co-leadership to engage in open and thoughtful dialogue about the practice and experience of shared leadership. All are welcome whether you’ve read the book, the workbook, or plan to.

​Through facilitated conversation and meaningful connection, participants explore questions, share experiences, gain new perspectives, and deepen their understanding of what it means to lead together.
