UNARMORED: find your presence and power
Unarmored is an evening to finally turn your brain off. Feel present in your relationships. Feel grounded in who you are, not just what you’ve achieved. And walk away knowing how to find that presence again: at work, at home, and in bed.
As a man, you are conditioned to play the part of a man. The confident one, the provider, the guy who has it handled. Maybe you've found yourself pushing through, reaching achievement after achievement, but underneath, you're not sure you actually feel any of it. Never really taught how to be a man, only how to look like one. Call it imposter syndrome in your masculinity.
The mind never stops. Building, solving, optimizing. Even rest isn’t really rest.
You watch masculinity be weaponized: against women, against children, against the earth, against other men. You feel the absence of men worth following. It’s enough to make a man furious, heartbroken, or both. And when there’s nowhere to bring any of it, numbness starts to feel like the only option.
So many men feel lonely, even surrounded by people. Plenty of contacts, and no one they can actually be real with.
And with women, it can be even harder. Not knowing how to be a sexual man without becoming “that guy,” many men hold back, and end up feeling disconnected.
None of this is a failing. It’s what happens when men are never given a space to take the armor off.
You know there’s more to masculinity than this. You’re just not sure how to get there.
(Women and LQBTQIA+ friends- please send this to a cis man you care about. Men need this work!)
What This Space Is:
This is an embodied experience. We'll talk, but we'll also move, be witnessed by brothers in our experience, drop into our bodies, and feel.
We'll begin with a grounding practice to help you arrive, and shake out all the sticky discomfort that comes with showing up to a space that feels vulnerable.
From there, we'll be in an honest circle together. You'll be witnessed by other men, possibly on a deeper level than you have before.
We'll make space for anger. To finally let it move through the body, safely, without harming anyone. And we'll make space for what so often lives underneath it: grief, tenderness, longing.
We'll explore sexual energy as life force, through breath and movement. Not something to suppress, and not something to unleash on anyone, but something to feel, move, and lead from.
I'll guide somatic practices and offer prompts and questions, and support you in real time as whatever needs to arise, arises.
We'll close by integrating what came up, so you leave grounded and ready to bring that presence home to the people you love.
This is a sex-positive space. We'll talk openly about what it's like to be a sexual man in a world that has little room for the force of male sexuality, and how that leaves so many men confused, isolated, or turning to porn, without real guidance on how to be with their sexual energy.
Your safety and mine matter here. This space is fully clothed and held with clear boundaries. Every practice is an invitation, you are always free to say no, and there is no physical touch between participants or with me without explicit, spoken consent. Sexual energy is explored internally, through breath, sound, and movement, never acted out toward anyone in the room.
What This Space Is Not:
This is not an outwardly sexual space.
This is not a space to bring judgments, of yourself or of anyone else.
This is not therapy, and it is not a replacement for it.
This is not a space to perform, prove, or posture.
This is not a place to fix anyone, or to be fixed.
This is not about shaming men, or blaming masculinity.
This is not a competition. There is no right way to feel.
This is not a space to bypass. Nothing gets pushed down or polished over here.
Why a woman holds this space
I’m Eva Rose, a certified love, sex, and relationships coach who specializes in men’s sexual mastery. I’ve found such deep joy in my work with men, and again and again I see the same thing: so many men have learned to perform around women, or to hide from them. To say the right thing. To keep their desire in check. To be the strong one, never the one who needs.
I believe patriarchy has done men a massive disservice. It hands men a role to play and asks them to cut off half of who they are to play it. And I believe one of the first steps toward a better world, toward collective liberation, is men getting the chance to grieve how they were let down by society, to question what it truly means to be a man, and to embody the true energy of masculinity.
That energy is uplifting. It is deeply kind. It is empathetic and enthusiastic. It is powerful. It is in service of, and in protection of, the world, women, and children.
This space is a chance to practice being seen. To feel in your body what safety and trust with a woman can actually feel like, and carry it back into your relationships and your life.
Here, you don’t have to perform. You can feel your anger, your grief, and your desire in the presence of a woman, and be received rather than feared.
With a woman holding the space, the male hierarchy falls away. No posturing, no ranking, no proving. In its place, feminine presence and perspective: an invitation to soften without losing your strength.
About your facilitator
My work lives in the body: helping people feel their aliveness, trust their inner truth, and release what's been held too long. I also work 1:1 with men who want to go deeper into their sexual energy and embodiment.
I believe in collective liberation, and I believe healthy masculinity is a vital part of it. For far too long, true masculinity has been twisted from a thing of primal nature, protection, service, and purpose into a thing of toxicity, suppression, false power, control, domination, and disconnection. Men need spaces to explore what masculinity can be, to grieve where they've been let down, and to embody something truer.
