BU Entrepreneurship Seminar Series for Research Translation: Startup Basics & Intro to Founders Workbench

​Curious about translating your research or technology in to a company? This session covers the basic legal and practical fundamentals every early-stage founder or potential founder needs to know, from choosing an entity structure to avoiding common early missteps. Founders Workbench, Goodwin's free resource hub for startups will also be introduced. Seminar will run from 3 - 4pm, stick around afterward for the Entrepreneurship Social Hour, running until 5:30pm to chat with other attendees and meet the lawyers from Goodwin.
