Community run + guided sound bath

Join us for a Sora Social Run followed by a sound bath in Interlaken.
The session will start with an easy 4/5km run followed by a 1-hour sound bath.
This is the perfect session that gathers movement and reset for the body and mind.
Schedule:
9AM: Meet at Sportmühle in Matten, Interlaken
9:05AM: Stretch and warm-up, 4km run
9:30AM: Arrival back + Sound bath
10:30AM: Tea time connection
Experience limited to 12 persons.
*The experience takes place whatever the weather. In case of rain or unsuitable outdoor conditions, the run will be replaced by an indoor movement & deep stretching session.
