Zero proof has NEVER meant zero fun. Dry Heat is our first annual zero-proof mixology competition and we are bringing the party to The Phoenix on Thursday, July 30.
Here's how it works: Denver's best bars and restaurants go head-to-head with their finest zero-proof mocktails, you taste everything, and you vote for your favorite. The establishment with the most votes at the end of the night walks away as the Dry Heat Zero-Proof Champion 2026. The power is entirely in your hands and your taste buds.
Delicious drinks aside, the night includes light bites, drag entertainment, chances to win prizes from our sponsors, and the chance to taste your way through dozens of zero-proof options from our competitors and even NA options you can buy retail from our sponsors Athletic Brewing, Gruvi, Casamara Club, and more so you can keep the good times going long after July 30.
Whether you're sober, sober-curious, or just someone who knows that the best drink in the room doesn't have to have alcohol in it, this event was made for you. And every ticket you purchase goes directly toward supporting Denver ELEMENT's LGBTQ+ programming through Mile High Behavioral Healthcare, so you're having a great time and giving back at the same time.

Tickets are on sale now: Purchase the ticket that applies to you and you'll receive a confirmation email that will be your ticket. In that email, you will be asked to click through to a link and provide some basic information to The Phoenix Community Center that helps fulfill grant requirements for our nonprofit organizations. We ask that you complete this prior to the event, but we can also get you signed up at the door!
To honor the spirit of what The Phoenix Community Center offers its sober community, we ask that attendees have 48 hours of sobriety prior to our event.
About Denver ELEMENT
Denver ELEMENT is the LGBTQ+ services program of Mile High Behavioral Healthcare, providing counseling, HIV services, STI testing, peer support, and community programming to Denver's LGBTQ+ community for over 20 years. Every dollar raised at Dry Heat goes directly toward sustaining and expanding those services.
