About Event

We're back! Join us for the second annual Africa Fintech Fest London on Tuesday, 8th September at The Bloomsbury Hotel, , 9am to 6pm.

H.S.H. Prince Max of Liechtenstein will open the day with our keynote, "Investing in Africa: The Opportunity Ahead." As Chairman and CEO of LGT Group and Founder and Chairman of Lightrock, he brings a rare vantage point on where global capital is heading and what it means for African markets.

The day opens with a keynote on the investment opportunity ahead in Africa, then from there, the day moves through five panels built around the questions shaping the ecosystem right now:

  • Building Cross-Border Fintech in Africa and Beyond: What it takes to build and scale across markets

  • Products vs platforms vs infrastructure: Where and how best to build value across the stack in Africa

  • Africa's Next-Gen Fintech Models: What are the new and exciting models emerging on the continent

  • Managing for Exits & DPI: How best to cycle capital back to investors

  • Stablecoins, Dollars and Digital Assets: Are Africa's Financial Rails Being Rebuilt? Moving beyond crypto speculation to look at where stablecoins are showing up in cross-border payments, treasury and dollar access

The full agenda is detailed on this site.

This is an invitation-only gathering of the investors and founders defining African fintech, and we can't wait to welcome you!
