

Making Mushroom Chocolate Hands-on Workshop
Come learn about the tree to bar chocolate process and pour your very own custom bars! In this class we will:
1) Give an overview of cacao growing practices and why agro-forestry tree to bar chocolate is the most ethical, sustainable and delicious option. This step will include chocolate tasting.
2) Explain the general steps to turning the cacao fruit on the tree into the bulk chocolate we have on the table. I will have beans to smell and taste, photos of the different steps and ceremonial cacao bars to pass around.
3) A brief demo of how we will cut, weigh and melt chocolate (including adding our favorite inclusions) and pour the bars.
4) We finish the bars by removing them from molds and wrapping in gold foil. Labels and boxes available as well.
5) Everyone will leave the class with two chocolate bars with 6g of fruiting body mushrooms ($150 value)
