​Black Career Conversations is four Friday sessions for early-career and mid-level African and Caribbean professionals — built as an open discussion, not a panel. Our guests share real moments, not polished advice. You'll have space to reflect, ask the questions you've never said out loud (anonymously, if you'd rather), and hear how others have navigated the same crossroads.

This closing session brings together real stories from people who've changed industry, function, or geography — and gets practical about how to prepare before you make the move. We close the series with space to connect, not just reflect.
