Nectar.Roots explores the foundations of pelvic floor connection through breath, awareness, mobility, and intentional movement—building a deeper understanding of how the pelvic floor functions, responds, and connects to the rest of the body.

This class introduces foundational pelvic floor concepts and practices designed to help you develop greater awareness, coordination, control, and connection.

Nectar.Roots is designed as a foundational class and requires no previous pelvic floor or movement experience.

Individual registration includes access to the class recording whether or not you’re able to attend live.

Class Pass holders receive access to this class as part of the complete season recording library.

All recordings remain available throughout the season 

and for 30 days after the season closes (tentatively 1/31/27).

# CRAVE LUXE CLASS PASS

**One pass. The full season.**

Your Class Pass gives you access to all regularly scheduled Crave Luxe movement classes offered during the designated season.

Move through mobility, sensuality, strength, flexibility, spinal exploration, pelvic connection, and embodied movement—without purchasing each class individually.

**Class Pass: $255**

Your Class Pass can be purchased **at any point during the season**. Joining late? You’ll receive immediate access to recordings of all classes that have already taken place that season, plus access to all remaining live classes.

Pass holders will still reserve their spot for each live class through the Crave Luxe Classes calendar at no additional cost.

### CLASS RECORDINGS

Can’t make a class live—or want to revisit it?

Recordings of all classes within your season are included with your pass. You can catch up on classes you missed, repeat favorites, or revisit the material throughout the season.

**All season recordings remain available for 30 days after the season closes.**

After the 30-day review period, recordings will move into the Crave Luxe On-Demand library, where Class Pass holders will receive **discounted access** to content they want to continue revisiting.
