Local Hub Barcelona: Artificially intelligent, humanly responsible: How to ethically adopt AI
Hola Shakers 💃
Welcome to the second event of our current 3-part series: The Human/AI Collaboration.
Last month, we had a look at our place as L&D professionals in an AI world and our attitude towards collaborating with AI. Are we enthusiastic, indifferent or skeptical? Or maybe a mix of several of those?
This month, we will start exploring the ‘how’ of adopting artificial intelligence. How can we enable being artificially intelligent, but humanly responsible? We’ll look into an AI framework and then look at how AI adoption looks in real life in a case study. As always, there will also be plenty of time to discuss, reflect and connect.
✨What to expect✨
If it’s the first time you’re joining one of our events, here’s a warning: People really like being engaged and learning from each other. So if you think you can just attend and listen, think again 😀
We’ll start by diving into a common framework so we can all start from the same page.
CREATE is an ethical framework that helps teams to scale AI responsibly without losing trust, purpose or results. Based on 6 key areas, easy to remember, it’s a ready to apply asset for your AI toolkit.
Next, we’ll dive into a case study of an AI learning sprint in an organization. Together, we’ll discuss what we can learn from this case when it comes to upskilling and adoption. And of course the learning doesn’t stop there - after the framework and case study, we’ll open up the floor to your insights and questions about how you would adopt AI in a responsible way.
