Overview
This is a tournament to discover who has the sharpest eye for colour, in the West End of Toronto.
dialed.gg is a browser-based game built on colour memory. The core idea is to study five randomly generated colours and recreate each one from memory using a colour picker. Every guess is graded against the original on a scale of 10, for a total possible score of 50. It turns colour perception into something you can score.
Format
Group stage: All players compete simultaneously, one round each (BO1). The eight highest scores advance to the bracket.
Ties at the 8th seed are resolved live before the bracket begins.
Bracket stage: Single elimination. 1v1. Group-stage rank decides seeding (1v8, 4v5, 2v7, 3v6).
Quarterfinals: Best of 1.
Semifinals: Best of 3.
Finals: Best of 5.
Ruleset
Both players submit their colours at the same time.
The player with the highest total score (out of 50) wins the round.
Real colours only.
Laptop or phone accepted. Please bring your own device to play in the group stage.
