Propel Private Dinners at The Wilson
Twelve seats. One table. One evening.
On Thursday 13 August I am taking over a private room at The Wilson for a dinner, and I am only setting twelve places.
This is the format that works better than anything else we run. Not a mixer, not a panel, not a room where you hold a drink and hope. Twelve people at one table who each say what they are actually working on and what they actually need, and I make the introductions in the room, out loud, while everyone is still sitting down.
Here is how the night runs. Drinks at seven. Everyone seated by half past. We go around the table once, two minutes each, no slides and no pitching. Then dinner, and I spend it connecting the people who should be talking to each other. You leave with names, not business cards.
Who is at the table. Founders raising or scaling, investors writing checks, and operators who can actually do something for the person next to them. I seat it by hand from the applications, which is the entire point. Nobody is here by accident.
Two ways in.
The Seat, $250. Your place at the table, an arrival cocktail, and the introductions. You order and settle your own dinner on the night.
The Table, $500. Everything above with the full dinner and wine pairing covered. Nothing to settle, nothing to think about.
This is by application and there are twelve places. Tell me what you are working on and what you need when you register that is what I use to build the seating chart, and it is why this works.
The Wilson, New York. Thursday 13 August, 7:00 PM.
