World Cafe: ADHD友善世界 ADHD friendly world

​關於 ADHD（注意力不足過動症），除了刻板印象、藥物與治療方法，我們還可以有怎麼樣的討論？

​我們誠摯邀請教育工作者、家長、社工、僱主、社區領袖，擁有 ADHD 親身經驗的人，甚至只是單純關心 ADHD 的朋友，一同參與協作式的「世界咖啡館」對話。

​我們將一起探討：

• ​「環境」對 ADHD 朋友造成的影響

• ​真正可以支持ADHD的空間會是怎樣的

• ​來自不同範疇的我們可以採取哪些實際行動來促成改變

​讓我們一起設計一個讓 ADHD 大腦不只是勉強應對，而是能夠蓬勃發展的世界。

When we talk about ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), what conversations can we have beyond stereotypes, medication, and treatment?

​We sincerely invite educators, parents, social workers, employers, community leaders, individuals with lived ADHD experience, and even those who simply care about ADHD to join a collaborative “World Café” conversation.

​Together, we will explore:

• ​The impact that “environments” have on people with ADHD

• ​What truly supportive spaces for ADHD might look like

• ​What practical actions we, from different fields, can take to create meaningful change

​Let’s design a world where ADHD minds don’t just cope, but truly thrive.

World Cafe CAT 創辦人。透過在本地小店、社區空間舉辦不同主題的「世界咖啡館」(World Cafe) ，讓參加者可以聆聽自己的想法、他人的故事，和凝聚大家的集體智慧。

Chris Chow - ADHD Lab 創辦人
SEN學習策略導師、ADHD倡議者。長期關注神經多樣性、學習困難與成人自我理解，透過教學、文字與工作坊，協助更多人重新理解自己的專注力、情緒與生活節奏。

​「Breathing Room 呼吸空間」距離灣仔港鐵站只需兩分鐘的路程，是一個為企業家、初創企業和自由工作者而設的共享工作空間。
Only 2 minutes’ walk from Wan Chai MTR station, Breathing Room is a co-working space for entrepreneurs, small startups and freelancers.

​Breathing Room 同時是一個咖啡工作室，設有專業咖啡器 具，包括 Storm 濃縮咖啡機及其他器具，以供租用及會定期舉辦拉花和手沖工作坊。
Breathing Room is also a coffee studio. Equipped with professional coffee machines and tools, a venue for rent for latte art and hand drip, or even workshop and training courses.

​☕ 甚麼是「世界咖啡館」？

• ​世界咖啡館是一種輕鬆、聚焦的討論方式，透過主持人(host)因應主題而設計的三條問題，令參加者對題目有更深入的探討。

• ​第一部分：參加者會分成3-4人小組進行討論，每回合15分鐘，每回結束後都會交換組員，互相分享聽到的故事和觀點。

• ​第二部分：所有人會圍坐，主持人會引導大家分享啟發。由於參加者在整個過程中都有機會參與分享和聆聽，所以我們可以得出集體智慧。

​📝 活動內容

• ​2 pm 稍息及用餐 (自行準備)

• ​2:30 pm-4:00 pm 世界咖啡館 第一部分：小組討論

• ​4:00 pm-4:30 pm 世界咖啡館 第二部分：集體智慧

• ​4:30 pm-5:00 pm 總結及交流

​💰 收費

• ​Standard: 每人$150。

• ​Supporter: 如果您希望支持未來的世界咖啡館（我們將致力每月舉辦至少一場），可以選擇 $160 - $200 自由定價。

​🏃🏻‍♀️​🏃🏻‍♀️ 如果我 2 點前無法到達怎麼辦？

• ​不用擔心！我們知道工作和交通時間有時並不穩定。活動頭半小時(2pm-2:30pm) 是用餐及稍息的時間，你只需提早與我們溝通，並於2:30前抵達參加「世界咖啡館」部分就可。

​✨ 如果名額已滿，仍可以參加嗎？

• ​你仍可報名但會被列入等候名單。如果在活動前有人告知無法出席，我會與您聯繫，以便您決定是否加入。如果沒有空位，會在日內全額退款。

​☕ What is World Cafe?

• ​World Cafe is a discussion format driven by intentionally crafted questions, designed for 12 or more people to Think Together. 🌎☕️

• ​In the process, participants are divided into small groups to discuss a question, and then join a new group to discuss the next one.

• ​There will be three rounds, each 15 to 20 minutes.

• ​After that, everyone comes together to share what they learned. We'll be able to take home the main ideas, themes, and insights that emerged from the discussions.

​📝 What can you expect?

• ​2 pm Doors open. Bring your own food and kindly finishes it before 2:30pm

• ​2:30 pm-4:00 pm World Cafe: Part 1 Small group discussion

• ​4:00 pm-4:30 pm World Cafe: Part 2 Harvest

• ​4:30 pm-5 pm Mingle + wrap up

​💰What is the cost?

• ​Standard: HKD 150 per person.

• ​Supporter: If you wish to support future World Cafes, which we will endeavor to host monthly for the community, there is a flexible pricing option capped at HKD 200.

​🏃🏻‍♀️What if I can't arrive by 2 pm?

• ​No worries. We understand that work schedules can be fluid sometimes. The first 30 minutes are for us to freshen up and get ready. Kindly arrive before 2:30 p.m. to join the sharing session. • ​You will be placed on the waiting list. If a spot opens up, I’ll reach out to you so you can decide whether you want to join. If no spots become available, a full refund will be issued
