Lessons from Accompanying Discernment Processes

​How can we learn to accompany communal discernment processes? What helps those processes become genuinely fruitful?

​In this webinar, Mr Josep Lozano and Fr Francisco José SJ share the experience of the EIDES study group on communal discernment: how it began, the method behind it, and how to set up a group of your own. Drawing on a range of real discernment processes, they will then distil the recurring lessons these experiences reveal — the key elements that make communal discernment work — and point to open questions worth exploring in future sessions.

​This session is for anyone involved in discernment-oriented facilitation, formation, leadership, or pastoral work — whether in Jesuit communities, religious congregations, educational institutions, parishes, or other apostolic settings.

​Participants will come away with concrete inspiration for starting similar processes in their own contexts, and a clearer sense of what makes shared discernment fruitful.

​Language of the session will be Spanish, with English and French live translation available.
