​At SOAR, we believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. Through Flourishing 3.0, we create safe spaces for meaningful conversations and mental wellbeing. Flourishing 3.0 brings youths and their trusted adults into guided dialogue about mental health. It is a carefully held space where both generations can listen and be heard.

​Whether you enjoy connecting with people, supporting facilitation, helping with outreach and marketing, there's a place for you in our volunteer community. No prior experience is required, we'll provide training and support.

​As a SOAR volunteer, you'll have the opportunity to:

​🌱 Learn new skills through training and hands-on experience.

​💙 Support a programme that promotes mental wellbeing and safe, inclusive dialogue.

Eligibility: We're looking for volunteers who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the community. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!

​- Able to commit to the volunteer role for 12 months.

​- Passionate about mental wellbeing and supporting the community.

​- Open to learning, collaborating, and contributing as part of a team.

​- Willing to attend the required volunteer training and briefing sessions.

​- Able to communicate respectfully and maintain confidentiality where appropriate.

Only shortlisted candidates will be accepted to join this onboarding & training session.
