For my birthday this year, I traveled to Hawaiʻi and completely fell in love with its beauty, culture, and food. From fresh-caught seafood to tropical fruit and locally grown chocolate, every flavor felt vibrant and alive.
One experience stayed with me more than any other: visiting a chocolate farm in Maui and seeing firsthand the journey from cacao pod to finished chocolate. That tour reminded me how much care, craftsmanship, and storytelling can exist in a single ingredient.
This menu is my love letter to those memories—a collection of dishes inspired by the flavors, people, and spirit of aloha that made the journey so special.
Mahalo for joining me at the table.
