We begin with a live panel

A space to hear real stories, perspectives, and experiences that go beyond surface-level conversations.
Then we move into the experience
From there, we transition into a guided arrival and connection, creating a space that goes beyond small talk.
You’ll be guided through a breathwork journey with Maria Ale Perafan, certified Breathwork Facilitator, helping you regulate your nervous system, release tension, and reconnect through intentional breathing.
We then move into the sauna and ice bath, learning how to stay present in intensity, breathe through discomfort, and find calm within it.
As the experience deepens, a live DJ set by Catalina Gálvez (catü) transforms the sauna into an immersive space of sound, rhythm, and release.
We close with an intentional integration space, where connection happens naturally.
