We’re so back. Summer Sculpt season 2 is here!

After sweating together last year, I’m bringing the free park sculpt series back … because some things are just too good to be a one-time thing.

If you were there last summer you already know what to expect. If you're new, welcome!!

We'll move together for about an hour of all-levels sculpt flow — think strength, movement, and music to kickstart your weekend. No weight, just your body, your mat and a patch of the best grass in Manhattan.
