Men & Masculinity
Men & Masculinity: Strength in softening – Part 1
Most men have never had a real conversation about what strength actually means to them. This space is yours to have it.
Join us for Men & Masculinity, a 90-minute workshop to explore genuine strength—not the rigid version you've inherited, but the kind that comes from knowing yourself.
Through somatic release, meditation, and community reflection, we'll move beyond the script you were given and discover who you actually are underneath it all. What if strength meant the courage to choose your own path?
Together, we'll examine the expectations you've carried and create space. This is for men ready to align their actions with their deepest values—whether you're new to reflective spaces or already walking this path. Discover what's possible when you stop performing and start becoming.
During times of uncertainty it could be easiest for the masculine to isolate for comfort while those with feminine attributes take solace in community. Perhaps there's room for both.
