Join me for a deeply restorative evening of sound and stillness as we move into the new season.
In the days following the Autumn Equinox, this is a chance to slow down, rest, and reconnect with yourself.
You’ll be immersed in the sounds of gongs, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, handpan, bells, chimes, and other acoustic instruments, creating space for the body to soften and the mind to become quieter.
Come as you are. Get comfortable, close your eyes, and allow the sound to carry you into deep rest.
No previous experience is needed.
Arrival
Doors open at 6:10 PM.
Please arrive between 6:10 and 6:25 PM so you have time to settle in and get comfortable.
The sound bath begins promptly at 6:30 PM.
A brief Participant Agreement & Waiver will be available to review and sign at check-in.
What to Bring
Please bring whatever will help you feel comfortable lying down:
a yoga mat or small padded/camping mat
a blanket
a pillow or bolster
water
Wear comfortable clothing and make your space as cozy as you need.
Important Considerations
Sound can be a powerful sensory experience. Please contact me before registering if you have sound-triggered seizures, significant sound sensitivity or hyperacusis, an active migraine, recent surgery or injury, or another condition that may affect your comfort during the session.
If you are pregnant, have hearing concerns, or are unsure whether a sound bath is appropriate for you, please consult your healthcare provider and let me know in advance so the experience can be adapted when possible.
During the session, you are always welcome to use ear protection, move farther away from an instrument, change position, or step outside at any time.
Sound healing is offered as a complementary wellness practice and is not a substitute for medical care.
