​The Unravelling

​An intimate afternoon of guided breathwork, meaningful conversation and photography for women who are ready to explore the conditioning that has shaped who they've learned to be.

​As women, many of us have been taught to be good, agreeable and selfless. Over time, these expectations can become so deeply ingrained that we stop noticing them.

​We learn to say yes when we mean no, to anticipate everyone else’s needs before our own, and to feel guilty for receiving. We make ourselves smaller, softer or more accommodating in the hope of being loved, accepted or safe.

​This is The Unravelling.

​Join breathwork facilitator Bridgitte Tran and photographer Sarah Fountain for an intimate afternoon designed to help you slow down, become curious about the patterns you've inherited, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that exist underneath them.

​You'll be guided through a breathwork session with Bridgitte, creating space to explore what you carry, what you're ready to release, and what becomes possible when you no longer have to hold everything together.

​Bridgitte will then guide you through a sound bath and meditation, giving you a chance to settle, reflect and notice what has shifted.

​Throughout the afternoon, Sarah will document the experience through candid photography, capturing the connection, vulnerability and moments that can't be posed.

​After the sound bath and meditation, we'll come together for tea and relaxed mingling. For those who feel drawn to it, there will also be an opportunity for a portrait by Sarah. Using studio light and a simple, intuitive approach, the portrait will explore what has shifted, surfaced or stayed with you during the experience. The goal is to create a tangible memory of the woman underneath the conditioning.

​After the event, you'll receive access to a gallery of images from the afternoon.
