VITALIUM | Introductory Session
Experience the Vitalium Practice
Trial Class
Curious about Qigong but not sure where to start? This trial class offers a direct, embodied introduction to the Vitalium practice — a modern approach to building energy, resilience, and whole-body vitality.
Designed for first-timers, this session lets you feel the practice in your own body so you can decide whether continued training is right for you. No prior experience is needed.
What Makes Vitalium Unique
At the core of Vitalium training is the horse stance — a grounded standing posture that builds strength, circulation, and body awareness. Simple on the surface, it becomes a powerful foundation for focus, stability, and sensitivity to internal signals.
What You’ll Experience
You’ll move through foundational Qigong sequences that awaken circulation and help build energy in a way that’s personal and sustainable.
You’ll also be introduced to the Vitalium approach to sensing and regulating energy — learning to work with your body to support focus, resilience, and long-term well-being.
The practice is physically engaging. Many participants are surprised to feel warm or lightly sweating as circulation improves.
Who This Is For
This session is ideal for:
- Beginners seeking a sustainable way to improve energy, focus, and health
- Anyone curious about Qigong or energy-based practices
- Martial artists interested in deepening internal training or healing skills
No special fitness level or flexibility is required.
What to Bring
Wear comfortable clothing you can move and stand in easily. Supportive, flexible shoes are recommended. Bring water — the practice can feel more physically warming than it looks. Make sure you have enough space to stand comfortably with your arms extended.
What Happens After This Class
If the practice resonates, you can join a membership plan that fits you and continue training in the Vitalium app, where Qigong is part of a structured system for building long-term energy, resilience, and awareness. We’ll share simple next steps at the end of the session.
