​In August, we sat with transition. And one of you gave us a truth worth keeping: transition IS transformation. The unsettled season isn't the thing in the way of the change. It's the change, happening.

​So this month, we're leaning all the way in. Becoming.

​It's a strange and beautiful word. It doesn't announce itself. It happens in the quiet. In the choices you make when no one's watching.

​And here's the part we forget: becoming isn't something you finish. It's not a finish line you finally cross, polished and done. It's a practice. A returning. A willingness to keep showing up for the person you're still growing into.

​The role you're outgrowing. The dream you've started saying out loud. The version of you that's been waiting for permission to step forward.

​This month, bring whoever you're becoming. The half-formed, the still-unfolding, the not-yet-sure. You don't have to have arrived. You just have to be willing to show up as you are.
