Payments, Treasury & Tokenization Summit 2026

The Payments, Treasury & Tokenization Summit is an invitation-only executive gathering bringing together senior leaders who are shaping how institutions move money, manage liquidity and invest in financial infrastructure.

Convened by 8 Circle, XDC and PwC, in collaboration with Microsoft, the summit will take place during Singapore TOKEN2049 Week, with MetaLabs serving as Technology Partner.

The summit will explore the convergence of agentic payments, programmable money, intelligent treasury, tokenized financial infrastructure and institutional liquidity.

This is not a broad industry conference. It is a deliberately curated room of decision-makers, including banking and payments executives, CFOs and treasurers, enterprise technology leaders, and senior risk, compliance and security professionals. Every participant is selected for their decision-making authority, ownership of infrastructure or budgets, active strategic priorities and ability to contribute to substantive executive dialogue.

Key themes

  • Agentic payments and machine-initiated transactions

  • AI-enabled treasury, liquidity forecasting and FX management

  • Programmable money and conditional settlement

  • Tokenized deposits, funds and real-world assets
