Sunshine Dog Yoga in the park

🌅Agenda:
11-12pm 1 hr vinyasa flow in the park
After 12pm - Free coconut water, tea, snacks and pawrents social.
Free dog treats and photos.

Don't forget to join our vibrant Facebook Community of over 700 Bay Area dog parents. It's the perfect spot to connect, share tips, and plan playdates. 🐶🧘♀️🎉
Bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and a comfortable leash for your pup. Per park rules, your dog must stay leashed at all times.
Ensure your pup is comfortable around other dogs and people. Exercise your pup beforehand if needed.
🐶If you are interested to become a member, make sure to apply prior to the event.

Kelsey, RYT 200, discovered yoga 8 years ago as a catalyst for both physical and spiritual growth. Throughout her journey, she's had the privilege of learning from a diverse array of exceptional teachers worldwide, culminating in her certification of YTT200hrs. Her yoga flows blend tranquility and playfulness, designed to foster a deep connection with oneself.

This event is open to all yoga skill levels.
In the event of rain, it will be rescheduled. Should the alternative date be inconvenient for you, you have the option to transfer the credit to any of other Pawrents events.
Dogs of all sizes and breeds are welcome, but it's your responsibility to make sure they are well-behaved and up-to-date on vaccinations.
Be mindful of the beautiful natural environment; we strive to leave no trace.
