WALK IT OUT: MIND + BODY 🧠🌸

Understand your brain + help it thrive, so you can too.

Join us for another special edition of Happy Girl Movement: Walk It Out! A feel-good morning bringing together movement, meaningful connection and an opportunity to learn something fascinating about ourselves.

We’re teaming up with our friends at New Leaf Counselling & Integrative Health again to explore something that affects every part of our lives: our brain health!

We are so excited to welcome Santiago Brand for this edition. He's a clinical psychologist, brain health specialist, and international speaker whose deep expertise on neuro-feedback have even been featured on CNN!

This is a wonderful opportunity to learn directly from an expert in a relaxed, fun, and friendly setting.

🌸 Here’s what we’ve got planned…

MOVE 🚶‍♀️

We’ll meet outside M Social Singapore, beside the Singapore River, and have some time to chat before heading off on a relaxed group walk to ease into the morning.

Expect gentle movement, a social pace, and plenty of opportunities to chat with like-minded women. You’ll even have a chance to meet Santiago and chat with him along the way!

CONNECT ☕

After our walk, we’ll head back to our private event space at M Social to cool off and enjoy a lovely breakfast together.

There'll be coffee (of course!) or tea, juice, pastries, fresh fruit, muffins, yoghurt with assorted nuts and fruits, and a little time to relax, refuel and enjoy more good conversation.

GROW 🧠

Then it’s time to give our brains a little love!

Our brain is our body’s HQ. It’s responsible for how we think, feel, move and respond to the world around us. And yet, how much do we really know about looking after it?

Santiago will guide us through a fascinating, informative talk about brain health with a special focus on women’s wellbeing!

Together, we’ll learn:

  • How our brains work and what makes women’s brain health unique

  • How stress, sleep and hormones influence the way our brains function

  • Simple, practical habits to support a healthier brain

  • The fascinating world of brain mapping and brain training

We'll also have some time for questions, so you can get curious and learn more directly on what you want to know!

And because we love a little extra treat, everyone will receive a little something from our friends at New Leaf to take home!

🌸 A FEW OTHER THINGS TO KNOW

Weather & air quality

Our outdoor walk is dependent on weather and air quality conditions. If conditions aren’t suitable, we may need to adjust or cancel the walking portion of the morning.

Our breakfast and brain health talk will still go ahead as planned, regardless of the weather or air quality. Any changes to the programme will be communicated to registered attendees via the email you register with and on the Luma listing page.

Tickets & cancellations

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Please only purchase a ticket if you're sure you can attend. In the event that your plans change, we’d really appreciate you cancelling your registration through Luma as soon as possible. This helps us manage attendance and gives another woman the opportunity to take your place.

Our non-refundable ticket policy helps us cover event commitments and keep these experiences running smoothly for everyone.

Thank you so much for your understanding and for helping us create a thoughtful, considerate community 💛
