​Collective Care Lab is a monthly, facilitated 90-minute group gathering at Fabrik. It exists to practice something simple and rare: being human together.

​No pretending.
No fixing ourselves in isolation.

​This is a space for real interaction.
For disagreement and friction.
For getting closer and building joy together.

​Each gathering is shaped around one magic question to move us, challenge us, and open something new between us. We work with conversation, presence, and play to generate the warm relational energy that makes us human.

• Just a willingness to participate and create together
• Free judgement zone, come as you are

​I’ll welcome you in with a simple opening activity or question—music, something to drink, time to arrive—then we’ll introduce ourselves as a collective.

​I’m Aurélie, a Fabrik Dumbo founder, a relational and group development coach and theater performer interested in what happens when we stop treating life like a drama and start approaching it with a bit more theater, creativity, and courage. Wemanity Coaching is my practice, a place for everyone ready to grow together joyfully.
