This is a monthly event at the Change Enthusiasm Global community is focusing on reflection, connection, and intention-setting. For the end of the year, we are exceptionally opening it up to a wider audience.

​The purpose of this event is to come together to share our progress, celebrate our wins, and learn from the challenges we’ve faced. It’s an opportunity to reset, refocus, and step into the month (and year!) ahead with purpose.

​Robyn Eidelson is a Leadership Coach and Consultant on a mission to help leaders ditch antiquated leadership practices and Own Their Ship. Through her coaching, speaking, facilitation, and consulting, Robyn loves focusing on more effective and authentic leadership practices that bring out the best in her clients. Outside of work, you can find her goofing off in sunny San Diego, California with her toddler daughter and husband. 

​Lipika Grover is a leadership coach with a passion for helping individuals and teams thrive during transitions. With an MBA from Berkeley and a background as a strategy consultant, sales enablement leader, and chief of staff, Lipika blends strategic insight with compassionate coaching. She specializes in leadership development, emotional resilience, and fostering mindful practices that empower clients to navigate change with confidence and clarity. Lipika’s coaching style is both practical and inspiring, equipping clients with the tools they need to rediscover their spark, overcome limiting beliefs, and lead with authenticity.
