The Art & Science of Respectful, Dignified Dissent
This is a session on storytelling, anecdotal evidence, evidence based promising practices and some humor. This is also an open, joyful stand for respectful and dignified dissent. I have done a lot of facilitation work and speaking in my career and this is the first time I'm attempting this particular version.
My name is Roohi Sharma. And I stand for equity, acceptance and reaching human potential for self and others. This session is my offering on exploring personal identities for self through unpacking the lived experience, with some help from evidence based promising practices, and yet only accepting labels you can joyfully choose for the self.
P.S. As someone who likes to think they are done making PPTs, and trust me there is such a thing as death by PPTs if you were to ask me, I'm going to try winging this one free style.
Looking forward to seeing you all before I leave on Jan 29th for my flight to Delhi from KL on 30th night.
