Why Attend?
The workshop will explore how the brain responds to stress and pressure, including the effects of stress on attention, reaction time, decision-making, and memory. To make these concepts engaging, attendees will participate in interactive stress simulations and hands-on activities, such as reaction-time challenges, memory tests, and short competitive games that demonstrate how stress impacts performance in real time. Attendees will also learn practical takeaways including evidence-based techniques for managing stress, improving focus under pressure, and applying these strategies in academic, clinical, and professional settings. Whether you are interested in psychology, preparing for high-pressure environments like healthcare, or simply want to better understand how stress affects your daily life, this workshop offers a fun, interactive way to learn science you can immediately apply.
