Unblocking Metta

​We are all capable of tapping into an infinite well of love.

​Meanwhile the world faces huge challenges.

​When correctly channelled, loving kindness (metta) can power the drive needed to solve the great problems of our age and bring about a flourishing future.

​But many obstacles stand in the way, preventing the flow of metta from its source in our hearts to its rightful destination in the creation of a better world.

​This is a space for us to support each other in identifying the blocked parts of our flow of metta and explore how to unblock.

​Logistics:

​Please read this short post before signing up to understand the idea of the workshop.

​The workshop will take place in my flat in London, register for address.

​Please arrive between 19:00-19:30, the workshop starts at 19:30 and late arrivals won't be able to participate.

​The workshop will run from 19:30-21:30. The workshop will involve some journalling, sharing, and a little meditation. Then there'll be some time for hanging out from 21:30-22:30.

​Note that this is not a therapy space, we will not explore sensitive topics like trauma.
