This Iberian Table is built around summer reds you actually want to drink in July: bright, juicy, aromatic, and chillable when the mood calls for it. We'll pour a Garnacha-focused lineup from Sierra de Gredos and Navarra/Rioja, with a Mencía cameo for extra summer-red energy. Out on the patio, we'll be grilling lamb skewers and chorizo with pickled peppers — the kind of food that makes Garnacha an easy yes.
