European Narrative Observatory 2nd ed. Closing

​Join us at INFOX sur Seine 2026 for the closing event of PROMPT, the second edition of the European Narrative Observatory on disinformation. This morning session will bring together AI scientists, academics, journalists and policy-makers to present and discuss findings from the Observatory, as well as to discuss the hard questions of the future of the fight against disinformation.

​PROMPT has leveraged AI to detect narratives that slip past conventional monitoring tools. We've been analyzing patterns across media outlets, social networks, and Wikipedia in eight languages, focusing on three critical areas: the war in Ukraine, LGBTQI+ rights, and the 2024 European elections.

​An opportunity to engage directly with the research team, see the disinformation-tracking tools in action, and discuss how this work can support those fighting disinformation in Europe.
