​About the Event

​This MathFest is a unique festival where students from Grades 1–8 experience math in action — fun, engaging, and confidence-building! Families join in for an afternoon of discovery  where math is not just learned, but lived.

​Event Time: 2pm to 5:15 pm

• ​4 Interactive Stations
  
  🧩 Math Escape Adventure – solve puzzles and crack codes
  🏗 Bridge & Tower Builders – design and test structures
  🛒 Smart Shopper Market – practice money skills in real-world scenarios
  🍳 Cooking Fractions Lab – explore fractions through cooking

• ​Quiz Competition (Grades 1–8): Students will need a phone or tablet to participate in the quiz.

  • ​Grades K-1 → 2:30–3:15 PM

  • ​Grades 2-3 → 3:15–4:00 PM

  • ​Grades 4-5 → 4:00–4:45 PM

  • ​Grades 6-8 → 4:45–5:30 PM
