Launched in April 2026, Build Her Way is a Women In Medicine® event series focused on empowering women physicians through financial literacy, entrepreneurship, leadership development, and strategic career planning.
As part of the series, Financial Planning, As You’re Building Your Net Worth, will feature a fireside chat with Women In Medicine®'s Official Wealth Management Corporate Partner at The Mather Group, focused on helping physicians and health care leaders better understand how financial planning supports both personal goals and professional opportunity.
The conversation, led by Courtney Fuller, Director of Financial Planning at The Mather Group, will explore practical strategies for building long-term financial confidence while balancing career growth, family priorities, lifestyle planning, and wealth-building goals. Attendees will also gain insight into how financial preparedness can impact opportunities such as practice ownership, investing, entrepreneurship, and leadership across health care.
Designed to be candid, approachable, and actionable, the session will create space to ask questions, better understand available resources, and think more strategically about the future they want to build.
