About the Event

When your calendar is dictated by back-to-back demands, urgent deadlines and high expectations, pushing through can feel like the only option.

You tell yourself, “It’s just this one project,” “just this deal,” “just this launch” or “just a busy period.” But when one demanding period runs seamlessly into the next, pushing through becomes your permanent way of working.

At first, the effects may seem manageable: a stiff neck, afternoon brain fog or another coffee to keep going. Over time, however, the cost accumulates—in your health, mental clarity, sense of calm and ability to be fully present with the people who matter most.

This interactive, 90-minute workshop in Central London is for high-performing professionals—including founders and entrepreneurs—who take pride in their work and want to continue performing at a high level without sacrificing their health or personal lives in the process.

What Changes When You Attend

You probably don’t need another person telling you to drink more water, exercise more or take more breaks. Most of us already know what we “should” be doing.

The more useful question is: if we know what we need, why aren’t we doing it?

This workshop will help you understand what keeps you caught in the cycle of pushing through and give you practical, personalised tools that can work within the reality of a demanding life.

By combining functional movement with mindset coaching, you will leave with:

  • Practical ways to relieve physical tension: Simple micro-movements you can use at your desk or between meetings to release tension, restore energy and support your body during demanding working days.

  • A personalised plan for sustainable performance: A realistic maintenance plan designed around your own pressures, habits and priorities—not an idealised routine you will abandon after a week.

  • Greater awareness of your warning signs: A clearer understanding of the physical and mental signals that tell you when sustained pressure is beginning to take a toll.

  • A way out of the “just until…” loop: Insight into what keeps you postponing the changes you already know you need, along with practical tools to help you act differently.

The aim is to help you find practical ways to protect your health, energy and relationships—even when the demands on you remain high.

About Your Facilitators

Helena Chan is a coach who helps high-achieving professionals navigate pressure, change and important decisions with greater clarity and trust in their own judgement. In this workshop, she brings a coaching perspective to why we continue overriding what we know we need—and how we can translate insight into sustainable action within the realities of a demanding life.

Before becoming a coach, Helena spent a decade working with the United Nations and international organisations. She later made a significant career change into fine jewellery, retraining as a gemmologist and jewellery designer, working with leading names in the industry and establishing her own businesses. With a Master’s in Law and experience living and working in eight countries, she brings a deep understanding of high-pressure environments, transition and the complexity of making meaningful change.

Sandra Diaz is a movement specialist who helps people move with greater ease, reduce physical tension and understand what their bodies need to perform and feel well. In this workshop, she brings practical ways to support your body during demanding working days—including movements that can be used at your desk or in the few minutes between meetings.

Drawing on decades of experience in therapeutic bodywork, body mechanics and functional movement, Sandra has supported people whose careers place exceptional demands on their bodies, including Cirque du Soleil performers and Madonna’s dancers.

Together, Helena and Sandra combine mindset coaching and movement expertise to help you continue performing at a high level in a way that supports your long-term wellbeing.
