Designed for Solopreneurs or business owners/team members working from home. Join us to feel like you're in an office and still working - get connection, community, and most importantly to get your head down and get your work done.
Here's how it works > It provides real time accountability and body doubling.
Join at the designated time - each facilitator has a different way of running events but usually we run things in a pomodoro style sprinting session.
We begin with a 5 minute check in for intention setting, Then we stay on the call, mute ourselves and work.
Our Typical Timing looks like 25 minutes of work, a 5-10 minute check in and 25 more minutes. OR it might look like an hour and a 10 minute break or 50/55 and 10/5. We tend to tailor the timing to who shows up and what they need and are working on.
We break a few minutes before the session ends to do a final check in and a celebration.
This is not a coaching or discussion session. Your facilitators are also here to get on with their work while keeping you accountable.
These sessions are great for any task that will move the needle on your goals which you might otherwise procrastinate with or get distracted while doing.
