​Our speakers will share what drew them into health innovation, the meaningful problems they're working to solve, and the real challenges that come with the territory: regulatory and approval barriers, long development timelines, and the constraints that don't show up until you're already building. Every decision along the way carries both human and financial cost, and our panelists will speak candidly about what that's actually meant for them.

​After the panel and audience Q&A, the event continues with a hands-on workshop. In small groups, you'll tackle a real health challenge and sketch a rough solution, whether that's a device concept, a digital tool, a policy idea, or something else entirely. Our speakers will circulate through the room as teams work, then hear pitches and give direct feedback at the end.
