Breathe Easy (herbs your lungs love) with Astoria School of Plant Wisdom
Our lungs are one of the most direct ways that we meet the world. These tender, tireless organs intimately know what's up in the world around us. We'd be nothing without breath, but in so many ways, we're making it harder for ourselves to breathe! Join us for this workshop where you'll start to understand ways to treat your lungs with care:
🫁 learn about the life of the lungs and practice some breathwork
🪴 meet some herbs that can help us breathe better
⚗️ talk asthma, flu, mucus, smoking, covid, herbal steams, and more!
🔮 make a customized herbal blend to take home and try
RSVP REQUIRED. If you sign up but later decide you can't make it, please let us know before the workshop so we know how much material to get. This workshop will be masked, with windows open (weather permitting) and air filters on (always).

HOW TO FIND US
Our studio is located at 21-07 41st Avenue. When you get to the building, please use the intercom to the left of the door to find The Collaboratory or 213 in the directory. We will answer your call and buzz you in remotely.
Once inside, you can take the elevator to Floor 2 and find us in Studio 213.
MASK REMINDER
The Collaboratory is a Masks Required space. 😷 We also run two air filters/purifiers during our gatherings. If you don't arrive with a mask, don't worry—we'll have them available at the door.
If you're not feeling well or have reason to believe you've been exposed to a viral illness, please consider staying home. Let's keep each other safe. 😷
REFUND POLICY
