​Module one: Attracting candidates  

​Aim

​To equip learners with the knowledge and practical skills to attract a diverse range of candidates through inclusive recruitment practices, effective advertising, and the appropriate use of AI tools throughout the recruitment process.

​Content

​This practical session explores how to attract the right candidates while making the most of limited resources. You'll learn how to create inclusive, well-rounded job descriptions and use these to develop engaging job adverts that appeal to diverse applicants. We'll also explore effective and budget-friendly ways to advertise vacancies and demonstrate how AI tools can support tasks such as drafting job descriptions, refining advert wording and improving recruitment efficiency.

​By the end of this module, participants will be able to:

• ​Identify cost-effective methods and channels for advertising vacancies
