About Event

This session is part of our HR Book Club, where we explore influential HR books through the lens of real HR experience.

This time we’ll discuss Part IV: Leadership and Organization & Part V: Culture (pages 125–200) of The Age of HR.

Together we’ll explore questions such as:

How is leadership changing in the age of AI and uncertainty?
What makes culture a real competitive advantage — not just a set of values on paper?
How can HR help build organizations that can adapt, learn, and perform through change?

This is not a lecture. It is a facilitated discussion where we exchange perspectives, connect ideas from the book with our own experience, and learn from HR professionals working in different countries and industries.

No matter whether you have 2 or 20 years of HR experience, your perspective is valuable.
