Hello! You're invited to the very first official event at Compassion Collective.
Come rest with us in the Sun Room for an evening of ambient music and sound bath, paired with a gentle guided meditation. No experience needed. All you have to do is get comfortable, breathe, and let the sound do the work.
This is a chance to slow down, settle your nervous system, and see the new space in the Keghouse Arts Building in Northeast Minneapolis. We're so excited to finally open our doors to the community this way.
🧘 We'll have yoga mats, pillows, and blankets on hand, or feel free to bring your own. Wear something cozy.
