Wynwood Wellness - Summer Kick Off

​Start your weekend with movement, connection, and summer energy at the DOCK. Hosted by the Athlete Wellness Collective by 821 Tennis, Wynwood Wellness is back with a special kickoff event featuring a group run, outdoor yoga, great coffee, and wellness-focused giveaways from our favorite local partners.

​Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just want to flow and recharge, this is your space to reset with the community. Come early, bring a friend, and set the tone for a season of feeling good.

​8:30 am - Group 5k Run

​9:00 am - Wellness Party begins (Cold Plunges, Coffee, Partner, Activations)

​9:30 am - Yoga

​11:00 am - Close
