What to bring
mats and blocks are provided but feel free to bring your own if you prefer
wear comfortable clothes, your body tends to cool down during savasana so you're welcome to bring socks & layers for the resting portion

Holistic yoga is an integrative style of yoga founded by Travis Eliot and Lauren Eckstrom that draws from the Hatha Yoga and Krishnamacharya lineage. It combines Power Yoga (Bryan Kest's power yoga and ashtanga roots) with, pranayama, meditation, chanting, subtle anatomy, Ayurveda, and philosophy to balance opposing energies (sun/moon, yin/yang).
