Founder Coffee Tasting w/Ratio Coffee (Founders Only)

​This week, we're hosting a special edition of our founder's coffee tasting. Mark Hellweg, the founder of Ratio coffee makers, is joining us. In addition to hearing his founder story and learning a bit about the coffee business, we will get a delicious demonstration of his automated pour-over coffee maker. Ratio coffee makers were recently featured on an episode of Peter Attia as the coffee maker he uses due to the quality of the brew and the lack of plastic parts (microplastics=bad).

​We'll also try some other brewing method (pour over and vacuum siphon) to compare how they stack up.
