Join us to meet Dr. Matthew Sacchet and Brian Toomey of the Meditation Research Program at Harvard Medical School for a conversation about advanced meditation, consciousness, and human flourishing.
Their research explores what advanced meditators can teach us about subjective experience, the alleviation of suffering, and the cultivation of profound, lasting well-being, bringing rigorous science to capacities long described by contemplative traditions.
Following a successful first three years, leadership at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School has invited the program to establish a permanent Center dedicated to advancing this science and safely expanding access to awakening. Matthew and Brian will share their findings and vision for what comes next.
