​🙋‍♀️Join us for an CfP Best practices, Talk Workshop & Feedback round!

​Ever wanted to speak at an event but struggle to get accepted or even struggle finding interesting topics to talk about? Then this event is for you!

​In this workshop we will look at best practices for how to write a proposal, test out our ideas and get feedback from the group. Ideally at the end you have a proposal you can submit to one of the upcoming conferences!

​🤔 Before the session, take some minutes to think about what you have learned in the past 2 years.. that if you could tell about your past self.

​Annemarie Paul is a Data Science Team Lead, data strategist, and speaker who loves making real-world problems understandable with data. In her work as lead data scientist, she builds data-driven solutions to gain insights into customer behavior and make logistics operations more efficient. As a data strategist, she advises and coaches people and companies on data strategies to avoid common mistakes in implementing AI-based and human-centric business products.

​Jessica Greene is a self/community developer, previously working in the film industry as well as a stint as a specialty coffee roaster. She joined Ecosia.org to put her digital skills towards a better planet where she works as Senior ML engineer focused on seeing where ML and generative AI can support our mission. When not writing code to help users make online activities also a climate change action she co leads her local PyLadies chapter Berlin, as well as being a board member of the Pthon Software Verband (PySV) and PSF conduct working group. She is the 2024 winner of the PyLadies award and was awarded the Python Software foundation community service award.

​Tereza Iofciu is Data Leadership Coach and Executive Coach. She has more than 15 years of experience in Data Science, Data Engineering, Product Management and Team Management. She spent most of those years volunteering in the Python Community and wears many hats: PyLadies Hamburg organizer, Python Software Verband board member, Python Software Foundation Code of Conduct team member, Diversity & Inclusion working group member, PyConDE & PyData Berlin organizer, Python Pizza Hamburg organizer, and PyPodcats co-leader. In 2021 Tereza was awarded the Python Software Foundation community service award.
