Level Up Day is five free, standalone training sessions for real estate agents at RE/MAX Preferred in Delafield. Each session stands on its own, so you don't need to come for the whole day. Pick the sessions you want and come for those.

Session 1 · 9:15 – 10:30 AM | Online Presence Makeover Bring your laptop and phone. We'll update your agent profiles, social media and website side by side, so you leave looking current and consistent everywhere clients find you. Led by Daniel Bertelson, Ann Schanke, Raegen Trimmer and Riley Rathke.

Session 2 · 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM | CMA & Valuation Class with Daniel Bertelson Build comparative market analyses that hold up in front of sellers: choosing the right comps, making sound adjustments, and explaining value with confidence.

Session 3 · 12:00 – 1:00 PM | Lunch & Learn: When Your Clients Use AI Subs provided. Buyers and sellers are arriving with AI-generated research, pricing and questions. We'll cover what to watch out for, where AI gets real estate wrong, and how you can use it to guide and help your clients.

Session 4 · 1:00 – 2:30 PM | Listing Presentations & Value Propositions Tighten your listing presentation, sharpen your value proposition, and present with more confidence to sellers and buyers.

Session 5 · 2:30 – 3:30 PM | Wrap-Up & Social Media Time Turn what you learned into a short action plan, and show your clients you're out investing in your skills.
