​Mercia Ventures is convening a senior peer dinner series this autumn for chairs and NEDs to discuss the real board-level challenges of supporting CEOs as companies scale. Each dinner brings together a carefully selected group from across the Mercia Ventures network for candid, off-the-record conversation built around the issues board leaders are actually working on.

​Through Mercia’s work on leadership and organisational effectiveness, we’ve been exploring the challenges CEOs face as they scale – from organisational design and leadership to talent, performance and influence.

​We’re keen to extend that discussion to experienced chairs and board leaders, exploring how you see the chair’s role in shaping effective leadership through the stages of growth.
