This time, we are taking the conversation further.
What does it look like to bring more of ourselves into the workplace? More creativity. More authenticity. More purpose. More genuine human connection.
And how do we create space for all of that while continuing to deliver meaningful results?
Presented by E Equals Why and Shift/Co, The Human Advantage Leadership Salon brings together entrepreneurs, executives, leaders, creatives, and other thoughtful human beings who want to build stronger relationships and more human workplaces.
Inspired by Kathy Eastwood’s book, The E3 Leadership Code: A Human Approach to High Performance, the Salon explores the balance strong leadership requires: a clear vision, genuine collaboration, and disciplined execution, all powered by the Emotional Qualities that make leadership human.
Throughout the evening, we will explore three important questions:
What becomes possible for people and organizations when we can bring more of our creativity, authenticity, and purpose to work?
How do strong leaders balance clear vision, genuine collaboration, and disciplined execution without losing the humanity that makes each possible?
What gets in the way of leading this way, especially when the pressure to perform is high?
This will not be a conversation you simply listen to. You will be invited to add your perspective, learn from the experiences of others, and consider what you can do to create more humanity in the places where you lead and work.

Tracy helps people reconnect with themselves, their creativity, and what they would love to create. She will lead an intuitive art experience designed to help us move beyond our usual ways of thinking and make space for personal expression, exploration, and connection.
A Collective Creative Experience
The artwork featured for this Salon was created by participants at our first gathering.
No one person created the final vision. Each person added something of themselves, and together they created something none of them would have created alone.
This time, Tracy will build on that collective experience by guiding us through an intuitive creative exercise. It is not about artistic ability or creating something perfect. It is an invitation to trust your instincts, contribute your perspective, and experience what becomes possible when we create together.
